I - Identification of the Salesman
The site of on-line sale to www.colisreunion.fr is managed by the association
Colisreunion:
All the offers of products, modalities of delivery and prices indicated in
euro, are valid only for a part(party) of EUROPE (Metropolitan
France, Monaco, Andorra, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Great Britain,
Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland)
II - Products proposed in the Sale
2.1 - Presentation of products
The characteristics of products proposed in the sale are presented in several
columns in the part(party) " Our products ". Every product has its
own image, its price TTC, its description and with or without promotion.
Every sent parcel includes its description of the bought products. The photos
which represent products are not contractual.
2.2 - Duration of Validity
Products are proposed in the sale until exhaustion of the stock. In case of
order of a product become unavailable, the customer will be informed
about this unavailability directly on the site.
2.3 - Prices of products
Every product indicates its price in euro inclusive of all taxes, except postal
charges. Postal charges appear on the screen at the end of the selection of
the various products by the customer.Postal charges will be reckoned according
to the address of the customer, address which he will have recorded during his
inscription.
The Colisreunion association reserves the right to modify its prices at any
time but the ordered products are charged to the price current during the recording
of the order.
III - On-line Order
3.1 - Creation of an account
To assure(insure) the service distance, certain number of information concerning
the customer is necessary: name, first name, address, etc. This information
is contained in an account and are protected by a password. During the following
visit, the customer finds this information by entering his "login"
and his "password": He does not thus have to seize
them again. The nominantes data supplied by the customer are not diffused in
thirds(third parties). According to the law 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 ( www.cnil.fr
), the customer has at any time a right of access and rectification. It is enough
to you for it to connect you to the column " My account
" and to make the modifications.
3.2 - Validation of the order
The customer confirms his order when he clicks the link " to Confirm order
" at the bottom of the page; he accepts then the process of order and the
present terms of sale.
The Colisreunion association confirms the order by email; this confirmation
notably resumes(takes back) all the elements of the order.
The data registered(recorded) by the association Colisreunion establish(constitute)
the proof of the nature, the contents and the date of the order. This one is
archived by the association Colisreunion; the customer can reach this filing
by contacting the Customers Relations service
IV - Payment of the order
4.1 - Payment secured by BANK CARD PAYPAL
The reassured(secured) payment PayPal
by bank card.
V - Delivery
5.1 - Modalities
The customer or the person receiving the colisreunion will be delivered
to the address of its choice in countries below. The customer can
choose the address of delivery of his parcel when he will arrive
in the part(party) " INFORMATION OF DELIVERY
" during his order, it will be necessary to click then the button

No delivery of parcel in the island of Reunion. A customer living in
Reunion can nevertheless, to place order on our site and to send a colisreunion
at the address of his choice in countries named(appointed) above.
The delivery is assured(insured) by Chronopost or Colissimo and against
signature according to the choice of expedition(shipping) of the customer.
Countries: Metropolitan
France, Monaco, Andorra, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Great
Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland.
5.2 - Delivery period
The delivery will be made, either by Chronopost, or by Colissimo. The
customer will be responsible for choosing his type of transport or this
last one will be automatically chosen according to the address of delivery
or registration(inscription) that he will have beforehand recorded.
The delai of delivery of the parcel will be made according to the address
of delivery and according to what the customer will have chosen, by Chronopost
or Colissimo. During working days, as from:

5.3 - Transport costs
The transport costs are understood(included) in the invoice when the
customer orders his products. It will be posted(shown) before the customer
confirmed his order. Postal charges are calculated according to the weight
of the parcel and according to the address of delivery of the parcel.
These expenses are indicated to you during your order.
5.4 - Delay in the delivery
The strikes SNCF (in France), railroads (in Europe), tropical cyclones
(pulling(entailing) the incapacity in the planes to unstick(to take off)),
burden transport, strikes of the post office, the diverse strikes.
Are considered as being cases of strength major for colisreunion during
the impossibility to deliver the parcel to destination at time and in
the hour.
VI - After-sales service
6.1 - Disputes
The disputes ensuing from the application of the present general conditions
of sale are subjected to the French law, in front of the competent courts of
the place and the seat(siege) of Colisreunion.
6.2 - Complaint
For any complaints concerning the parcel which was delivered. They must be formulated
at the latest in two days by the delivery of the parcel.
